Susan M. Oja, Founder and Owner
As one of seven children, Susan helped her siblings care for their aging mother. She says, “I remember getting my mother a milkshake, and as we were driving through the woods with the sunroof open, she looked at me with such deep gratitude, and said it was the best milkshake she ever had. That just really hit me – a milkshake of all things – you would think I had handed her the keys to the kingdom.” That small but significant moment is just the type of experience Susan encourages her caregivers to provide to clients. A lifelong DuPage County resident with decades of experience in the staffing industry, Susan has placed countless nurses and nursing assistants in hospitals, nursing facilities and schools, and uses those skills to help her provide her home care clients with the very best caregiving staff.
