As more and more older adults choose to remain in their own homes as they age, finding the best in-home care services has become a top priority for families. At Home & Hearth Caregivers, we specialize in providing the highest quality non-medical home care that families deserve. Our warm, friendly, family-like approach to care enhances independence, improves quality of life, and helps seniors maintain optimum health and happiness – at home, where they most want to be.
As a leading Chicago area personal care agency, our mission is to forge positive, productive, long-term relationships with our clients and their families, to support their independence, and to make living at home as safe and comfortable as possible. We strive to treat all of our clients like they are members of our own family, allowing them to choose their own caregiver, and participate actively in creating a care plan.
Our Care Plan Managers are involved with our clients on a personal level, from the first call to the in-home assessment to care planning and beyond. Our staff of dedicated caregivers work hard to ensure each client’s unique needs are met.
